The Nature Conservancy: Restoring Utah’s Escalante River

Produced by Nature Conservancy Magazine in association with Packafoma LLC with voice-over by Dax Mackenzie Roggio: The Nature Conservancy and the Escalante River Watershed Partnership are working together to protect Utah's Escalante River, which is the last undammed tributary of the Colorado River. The Escalante runs for approximately 90 miles, starting at 11,000 feet in elevation and flowing down to 3,600 feet at Lake Powell. The watershed supports a tremendously diverse ecosystem amidst the stunning landscapes of southern Utah.
