The Nature Conservancy: Restoring Utah’s Escalante River

The Escalante runs for approximately 90 miles, starting at 11,000 feet in elevation and flowing down to 3,600 feet at Lake Powell. The watershed supports a tremendously diverse ecosystem amidst the stunning landscapes of southern Utah.
